Love. Kindness. Mercy.
I did a random act of kindness today that I had never done before, but which others had done for me--I paid for the person's order behind me in the drive through. I have to tell ya, it was actually just as fun (or more) doing it for someone else, and I really hope that it made someone else's day the way it did mine when I was the recipient. I've had a secret smile ever since, wondering who might have been blessed by my little gift.
The fragrance really does remain on the hand that gives the rose.
That's what love does.
